About the Brand
In 1969, 19-year-old Mo Siegel and his friend Wyck Hay found a bountiful harvest of wild herbs growing around Boulder, Colorado. With friends and wives helping, they picked the herbs and produced 500 pounds of their first blend, called MO’s 36 Herb Tea. It was packaged in hand-sewn muslin bags and sold to a local health food store. Hay’s brother, John, joined the partnership in 1971. this stuff really helps
I’ve been using Badger products for years, and I have hoped that they would make a balm like this for some time. I’m a chronic migraine sufferer; I get migraines 3 or more times per week. As an adjunct to my drug therapy, this stuff works beautifully, helping me to relax a bit while I wait for my medication to take effect. The peppermint/lavender scent actually lessens my nausea. Rubbing the product into my temples seems to have some effect on the pain as well. Don’t get me wrong: I don’t think this product on its own would get rid of one of my migraines. But having this simple product handy when I am suffering so badly does help.

Definitely soothing
This is particularly helpful for the nausea that so often accompanies a migraine but I find it soothing for any type of headache or stomach upset. I sent a couple tins to my grade-school aged niece and her mother was most excited to find something safe and natural to help with migraine symptoms.

Can’t live without it!!
I have been having sleeping problems for years. Tried everything. Pills, hypnosis, meditation, etc.. Or so I had thought I tried everything. Till I found out about Badger Sleep Balm. CAN NOT FIND IN STORES!
I WAS VERY HAPPY I FOUND THE BAIN DE SOLEIL GELEE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HERE IN NY. MY GIRLFRIENDS AND I GREW UP WITH THIS STUFF, SINCE WE WERE ALWAYS POOLSIDE. THE PACKAGE CAME WITHIN 7 DAYS JUST IN TIME FOR MY VACATION.

Amazing stuff!
I first tried this product in college in the early 90’s. It is hard to find at local retail stores but thankfully Amazon has it. This tans you to a beautiful color, however do not use this on your first day of vacation. I recommend that you use it once there is color on your skin so that you do not burn. The smell is also a bit strong, but you get used to it. Try it if you are looking for a great tan.

summer memories
I have been looking for this product for years and could not find it in any stores. This was, and still remains my all time favorite suntan lotion. My twenty year old daughter had never heard of it but used it once at the beach and came home raving about the wonderful smell and the great tan she achieved. While at the beach yesterday five different women came up to me and asked me where I had purchased the Bain de Soleil Gelee. Gentle and no grease stains
I suffered a deep abrasion on one arm . The skin is still healing and highly sensitive. The mild, organic ingredients in this product make me feel comfortable that I am not risking my health by exposure to chemicals while helping it by limiting my exposure to the sun. The lotion is not runny and goes on smoothly. There is a light odor that I find pleasant. I do not do so, but was told that you can minimize the whiteness by rubbing the product in more completely. It stays on well. My requests would be to make a stick version, higher SPF, and hopefully the price can come down as it gains popularity. Bonus points to the company for a good dispenser, not tested on animals, free shipping and being caring people you can contact.

This is a great product. It is by far the best I have found that is safe and effective.

I tried this sunscreen because it ranks #1 on EWG’s website. I was very pleased with it! I did need to shake it up before using it because the oils would separate, but it goes on smoothly, has a very mild nutty scent that I didn’t notice even after applying to my face. Works great in the sun and doesn’t stain my clothing. I’m comfortable using this on everyone in my family. I would highly recommend!

UNBELIEVABLE
ive never written a review for any product ever before but i gotta tell you this thing is amazing !! i received it today 5-10-10 and started right away. ive been to the podiatrist at least 4 times in the last few years to have him SHAVE my heel callouses. at one point on a trip to aruba i couldn’t even walk because my heel callouses hurt so much……oh well that’s all done now. the other night i was peeling the skin off my right heel and I went a little too deep. i was over it and that’s when i googled “callous remover” (btw: i’m 54 yo and have been dealing with this problem for 7 years since i moved to sacramento and wear sandals almost 90% of the time)

Today i’ve worked on the feet for about 10 minutes each 2X and at the high speed it is AMAZING what this little vibrating egg can do. TRUST ME if you’re a guy with crappy callously feet this is the absolute answer to all of your problems !!

Helps With Restless Leg Syndrome
I suffer from restless leg syndrome and when it wakes me up at night, I just use the Thumper up and down my legs and the symptoms are eased. My brother has restless leg as well so I bought him one and it worked for him too. I am not saying that it cures the problem, I am saying that it helps me calm the symptoms down and I can go back to sleep.

A useful thing to have
I’m about to buy my third thumper. (The first one, which I got about 13 years ago, happened to be in a bag that was stolen, and I foolishly lent the second one to a friend who left town before returning it.) It’s not an ordinary massage unit. Obviously I think it’s worth the price since I’ve paid full price for all of mine. The percussive action allows me to go longer between massages by a massage therapist, and that saves me money. This model reaches all along my back and does a good job on my legs. When I have muscle spasms (due to a medical condition that causes electrolyte imbalance) there’s really nothing else I can use. The Thumper takes care of them in a few minutes, better than morphine!

I have own other type of message units.. Yes, you can get one that is about $50.. but this has the power…….and is well built.. I have other items with rotation…. This one does not rotate…simply thumps and does it effectively.. I use it daily too message by legs with for syatic pain.. It keeps me walking.

Paint It Black= Fantastic!
Paint it Black is the best tanning lotion I’ve ever used! I was very pale when I first used the lotion & have gotten MUCH darker than I would’ve normally with another lotion. It doesn’t feel “greasy”, it goes on very smoothly & absorbs very well! The smell is wonderful! I actually think it smells a little like warm vanilla sugar from bath & body works. The smell is very faint so it doesn’t overwhelm you, & I imagine guys would also enjoy using this lotion! Great product, with a great amazon price means I’ll definitely order again!
